Meet Shenesia — Founder of Eris Investments LLC
With over 20 years of leadership experience, Shenesia brings a rare blend of strategic insight, operational excellence, and entrepreneurial drive to everything she does. Her career began at AT&T, where she thrived in high-impact roles spanning project management, compliance, quality assurance, and application development. There, she developed a sharp eye for process improvement and a passion for solving complex business challenges — skills she now brings to the world of business acquisition.

Today, as the founder of Eris Investments LLC, Shenesia is focused on Entrepreneurship through Acquisition — seeking to acquire and grow small to mid-sized businesses while preserving the legacy of the founders who built them. Her approach is hands-on, data-driven, and grounded in real relationships. She understands that every business is personal — and treats every transaction with care, clarity, and respect.

But her impact doesn’t stop at the boardroom.

As a real estate investor and licensed Managing Broker in Illinois, Shenesia also leads initiatives to revitalize underserved neighborhood by acquiring vacant lots via tax sales in order to transforms them into living spaces or community spaces. Her mission: turn blight into beauty, and bring pride back to the block.

Shenesia holds a bachelor’s degree from the University of Illinois and an MBA from Keller Graduate School of Management. A lifelong learner and builder, she’s committed to creating value — not just in businesses, but in communities and people.
